The Loring's energy-efficient design and advanced airflow system allows us to develop the unique characteristics of each single-origin coffee while maintaining consistency across our seasonal espresso blends. Our roasting philosophy centres on transparency and expression. We carefully develop roast profiles that highlight the inherent qualities of each coffee—whether that's the bright citrus notes of an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe or the rich chocolate undertones of a Colombian Huila. We offer three distinct brewing methods—V60 pour-over, AeroPress, and siphon—each chosen to showcase different aspects of our single-origin offerings.
